What is BirkiMe?
BirkiMe Australia is a leading online shop to buy comfort shoes specialized in Birkenstock. More information you will find in our "Terms of Service" page.
We believe that online shopping should be fun, simple and worthy and absolutely NOT expansive! Therefore we have established BirkiMe, a very large variety of Birkenstock products in a simple easy to use and freindly website.
All of the Birkenstock products that are sold on this website are original and made in Germany.
How to purchase online?
Very simple - choose the model you are interested in, choose the size and width size, click "Add to cart" next you'll be asked to fill in your shipping address and after that you will be asked to provide your payment details. When done, you'll get a notification email with all of your order details.
Do I need to register and remember my password?
At the time of registration we email a notification with your user name and password. You can later easily login, check your order status, modify your addresses and personal information.
Is it safe to use credit card?
Yes, it is safe. We do not keep any payment details on our servers, all of the information is processed on the top secured servers of Stripe.com servers or PayPal when you use your PayPal account.
I have placed an order online, what's next?
You don't need to take any further action. The item will arrive in your local post office within 21 business days. If there is any change in your order you must contact us no later than 24 hours after the order creation, usually we ship within 24-48 hours.
How long it really takes to arrive?
Usually no more than 1 week.
what happens if I don't get the product on time?
Items are sent from Berlin Germany and get to your local post office in approxiimatley 10-21 business days. We are commited to supply the product within 21 business days from the day of purchase. In case the item is thought to be lost we contact our shipping partners and when we find out it is lost your account will be refunded for 100% of the purchase price. This process may take up to 30 business days.
How would I know you've got my order?
Immidiatley after your order is created you will get an email notification with your order number, shipping address and other details you have provided during the order process. In case you didn't get any email from us, please check your spam/junk folder it might ended accidently there.
When it's not there, please contact us.
Do you offer shipment tracking?
Yes, each item that leaves our logistic center in Berlin gets a tracking number which is trackable by Deutsche Post. Once your item is shipped you'll get an email notification with the tracking number. Once in Canada, you will need to contact your local post office along with the provided tracking number in order to locate the parcel
